We offer a seamless return and exchange process for our fine jewelry collections, provided items are returned in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note that bespoke commissions and personalized engravings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated concierge team or visit our Carlos Place townhouse to notify us of your intent to return or exchange your piece.

  Prepare Your Shipment

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Jessica McCormack presentation box and secure it within the provided protective outer packaging.

  Complimentary Collection

  We will arrange a secure, insured courier service to collect the package from your preferred address at a time that suits your schedule.

• 4.
  Quality Assessment & Refund

  Once our master jewelers have verified the condition of the piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
